Return & Refund Policy

At Nurse Dee, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Physical Products

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all eBooks, downloadable PDFs, and other digital products are non-refundable once purchased.

Preorders

Preorder items may be canceled before they have shipped. Once a preorder has shipped, it is subject to this return policy.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
